How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders take around 35-45 business days to complete, depending on the complexity and the materials.
We’ll confirm your timeline when we finalize the details with you.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For items with existing moulds, orders of 500 pieces or more may qualify for free mould fees.
For new moulds, the MOQ depends on the product’s design complexity and size.
We’ll always help you decide whether your idea can use our existing moulds or if creating a new one is the best choice.

Can I request changes once production starts?

Small adjustments may be possible if production hasn’t begun.
Once your custom design is confirmed and production has started, significant changes may require extra time and cost.

Do you accept returns for custom-made items?

Because each piece is made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns on custom products. We always send final details for your approval before production.
